2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated Delivery: 1-3 business days
  • International Shipping:
    • Shipping rates vary based on destination and weight of the package. Estimated delivery is 7-21 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Our carriers include UPS.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package on the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries. Please refer to our checkout page for more details.
  • Some items may have specific shipping restrictions based on their size, weight, or destination. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

8. Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make changes after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@primer-studios.com. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
